We Encourage All Bands (all members) to be at the Texas Stage 2 hours prior to your bands set start time.

Have All Equipment in place for set up prior to your bands set start time.

Promote Your Show on the Texas Stage! Pass out full color flyers, provided by OutlawVideo.TV, in front of the Texas Stage prior to your bands set start time. -+Represent!+-

Each band has a 45 minute set. 10 minutes to set up and 30 minutes to play.

PROMOTIONS:
OutlawVideo.TV is designing and printing 200 full color flyers per every show each bands plays on the Texas Stage. We will supply your band with the flyers 2 hours prior to your bands set. You can pass them out in front of the Texas Stage. We also encourage you to hold up homemade band logo signs and play your bands songs to willing listeners on your mp3 players and phones. Those are the best things to do to promote your bands shows! Promote your Texas Stage shows on other stages, and promote your other shows from the Texas Stage also. Another good idea is to rent a golf cart for the week and decorate it with all your band info and drive it around constantly promoting your shows and giving rides and getting hugs and making friends.
